Julian and Alison Stedman welcome you to their home, a five star, licensed bed and breakfast in the small market town of Crickhowell, set in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park.
Glan y Dwr, a beautiful property with 17th Century origins, was enlarged in the 1840s as an elegant house and garden. Recently renovated to a high standard of design and comfort, it  received a Gold Award from Visit Wales in 2014 and 2015. Guests are invited to share our family home, to relax and enjoy a break in lovely surroundings.

The house is easy to find and has ample parking for both cars and cycles. We can arrange for the collection of guests from Abergavenny Station by prior arrangement. We have Walkers are Welcome and Cyclists are Welcome certification. Access to the house is easy and there are no steep stairs to climb. The garden has an outdoor table and comfortable reclining seating. The conservatory provides a lovely relaxing environment when the weather is less favourable.

“Outstanding B&B” "Fabulous hosts, immaculate rooms & domestic accommodation with a breakfast to die for. Perfect location for town and also for the many local walks into the Brecon Beacons. Nothing was too much to ask for. Highly recommended for anybody staying in the area."    Guest stayed in March 2015
